Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful will conduct a Fall Sweep on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 8:30am to 11:30am. We would appreciate your participation in the event!
Check-in will be at the Pavilion in David Braun Park, where volunteers can pick up supplies (gloves, trash bags, sun screen, masks, etc.). The City's website (www.nassaubay.com at 2021 Fall Sweep Tasks) will have the list of sites to be worked, the details of the tasks at each site, and tools required.
CANBE and Nassau Bay Realty are generously donating a Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful t-shirt to the first 100 Fall Sweep participants. Please indicate shirt size in the registration process. (Shirts can be picked up at the David Braun Park pavilion the morning of the event.)
Selecting Family / Household will allow you to sign up all volunteers at the same address on one form.
Size Selection
It will be helpful to event coordinators for volunteers to pre-select the activities you are interested in participating in at the Fall Sweep. We want to distribute the volunteers among the work areas. Masks are optional but we request that you work in small groups, or with your family members.

If you sign up as a family / household, but are interested in volunteering in different activities, please complete two individual sign-up forms.

The few next pages have tasks separated by location (David Braun Park, Howard Ward Park, Swan Lagoon Park and Harbour Drive). Review the tasks and select which items you are interested in participating in the morning of the event.
The Volunteer understands that he/she is engaging in activities that may expose him/her to dangers both from known risks and unanticipated risks. By signing this form the Volunteer discharges and holds harmless the City of Nassau Bay and Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful and its representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses, suits, damages, and demands of whatever kind or nature arising or resulting from property damage, bodily or personal injury and/or death that may be caused by Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful negligence or otherwise.
By signing this form the Volunteer also understands that the City of Nassau Bay and Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful, its partners, and affiliates may use all photographic images, video or audio recordings, video or audio reproductions, films, radio or television broadcasts and any other reproductions of the activities without limitations. Permission is granted for use in any medium now known or hereafter developed, including printed media, video, still photography and the Internet.
