  5. Depending on when you set-up your water account with the City of Nassau Bay, some of the information on file may be out of date. Please utilize this form to update pertinent information with the Utility Billing Department.

    Residents can also call Utility Billing Coordinator Cyndi Martinez at 281-333-4211 and provide this information over the phone.
