Planned Unit Development
Purpose
A planned unit development (dated January 11, 2008) was submitted by Griffin Partners pursuant to the City of Nassau Bay ordinances related to a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The purpose of the PUD is to:
- Allow a more flexible response to the market
- Encourage innovative land use and site plan design
- Provide a flexible approach for the developer to provide the mixed uses required by the City
- Promote superior development which is compatible with adjacent land uses
The PUD application is for a Conceptual Development Plan with the Multi-Family Development (Parcel D) being the initial development of the phased development. For each subsequent phase of the development, Griffin Partners will provide information per Section 16.7-810(a) through 810(c) of the Appendix A - Zoning Ordinance.
