The City of Nassau Bay strives to keep our city a safe and proud community for all citizens to live and work. We understand, at times, you may be unaware of some items that may be a violation of Nassau Bay City Codes. This section should help guide and educate you about the most common violations.
The Code Enforcement office plays a key role in upholding the various City codes and policies as adopted by City Council. It is in our interest to work with the citizens to maintain community aesthetics as well as address any safety or health concerns.
Tony Russo has been employed with the City of Nassau Bay since September of 2000. He began his employment as a Deputy Fire Marshal and in 2015 was promoted to his current position of Fire Marshal. Tony entered the fire service as a volunteer firefighter in 1989 while still in High School. In addition to his part-time employment at Nassau Bay, Tony has been a full-time firefighter with the City of Houston since 1994, currently holding the rank of District Fire Chief in suppression. Tony is happily married to his wife Carrie and combined they have 6 wonderful children.
