Planned Unit Development
This proposed planned unit development (dated january 11, 2008) has been submitted by Griffin Partners pursuant to the City of
Nassau Bay ordinances related to a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The purpose of the PUD
is to
- Provide a flexible approach for the developer to provide the mixed uses required by the City,
- Allow a more flexible response to the market, encourage innovative land use and site plan design, and
- Promote superior development which is compatible with adjacent land uses.
This
PUD application is for a Conceptual Development Plan with the Multi-Family Development
(Parcel D) being the initial development of the phased development. For each subsequent phase
of the development, Griffin Partners will provide information per Section 16.7-810(a) through
810(c) of the Appendix A - Zoning Ordinance.
