Due to the COVID-19, the City Council and Board/Commission meetings of the City of Nassau Bay will be held via teleconference. A temporary suspension of the Open Meetings Act to allow telephone or videoconference public meetings has been granted by Governor Greg Abbott. These actions are being taken to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by avoiding meetings that bring people into a group setting and in accordance with Section 418.016 of the Texas Government Code. Telephonic and videoconferencing capabilities will be utilized to allow individuals to address the Council or City Board/Commission. IF YOU WISH TO SPEAK before the City Council or a City Board/Commission please fill in the following information.
If the item you wish to address is on the agenda, you will be given an opportunity to speak during the Public Comments section of the agenda. Once the City Council or City Board/Commission has begun deliberation, no one will be permitted to speak. You will have a maximum of three (3) minutes to address Council or City Board/Commission on any one topic.
