  1. Nauticats Swim Team Registration

    March 22 - April 29

    The Nassau Bay Community Swim Team, The Nauticats,is preparing for its 53rd year in the 2017 season. Nauticats participates in the Summer Clear Creek Swim League (CCSL). Nauticats offers training and practice groups for swimmers from age 5 (as of May 1) through high school as well as lots of fun, community, and social events at our neighborhood pool. Practices begin the 1st week of May, and swim meets are on Saturday mornings, from June 3rd through July 1st. Registration Dates: On-line: March 22-May 5 / In-person Returning Family: Apr 22, 1-4pm / In-person Open: Apr 23, 1-4pm / New Family Orientation: Apr 29, 1-2pm / In-Person Open Reg: Apr 29, 2-4pm Nauticats is always looking for new Sponsors to help provide college scholarships to our swimmers! Business owners, we could really use your help supporting our swim team!

  2. HSLBA's Annual Home Tour

    April 1 - April 2

    The Houston Symphony League Bay Area will host their 16th Annual Home Tour April 1 - 2. This year's tour features five homes in the Bay Area. Each home has a unique and interesting history, design, and style for you to explore. Home Tour tickets are $20 and the proceeds support music enrichment programs in local schools. A pre-tour party at a home in Nassau Bay will kick-off the home tour on Friday, March 31st. Tickets are $75 per person, which includes the tour.   3. David Braun Park Dedication Ceremony

    Please join us on Saturday, April 1, 2017 for the David Braun Park at Lake Nassau Dedication Ceremony. The park will be renamed after late Councilmember and Nassau Bay resident, David Braun. The efforts to rename the park came from Nassau Bay residents and was voted on and approved by City Council at the January 2017 Council Meeting.

  4. Paws for a Cause

    April 1, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Lake Nassau Park Pavilion

    Support the Nassau Bay Animal Shelter at the 1st Annual Paws for a Cause presented by CANBE. (Community Association of Nassau Bay Enhancement) Join us for a fun-filled community festival with ALL your family - including the furry ones! Activities will include Musical Sit, Fetch, Catch, Costume Contest and more throughout the day. Fabulous food will be prepared by the Holy Smokers from Gloria Dei.Additionally, there will be a silent auction and booths representing many local businesses that offer pet oriented goods and services. Plus, citizens will be able to tour the animal shelter and register their pet with the City of Nassau Bay free of charge. --The Paws for a Cause committee is in NEED of SPONSORS for this event at all levels.
